How do I turn Citizens Pop-up Blocker off?
Click the On/Off button located in the Pop-up Blocker toolbar to turn the Pop-up Blocker on and off. If the button is depressed, then the Pop-up Blocker is turned on. If the button is raised, the Pop-up Blocker is turned off. |

I did not register when I first installed Citizens Pop-up Blocker and my trial period has expired. How can I register?
Click on the Options Menu. Select Enter Registration/Activation Code Follow the onscreen instructions to enter your activation code and register. |

How can users permit websites to display pop-ups?
There are two ways that users can permit websites to display pop-up windows.
1. Control + Left Click If a pop-up window is blocked, Citizens Pop-up Blocker will alert you that a pop-up window was blocked. If you would like this pop-up window to be displayed, you can do so by holding down the Control key while clicking on the link.
2. Add a Site to Your Approved Sites List Click the “Allow pop-up windows from this domain (site)” button located in the Pop-up Blocker Toolbar when you are visiting a website that you want to add to your approved list. The site is added to your approved sites list. |

Edit Your Approved Sites List
Click Options located in the Pop-up Blocker Tool Bar. Click Preferences and select the Pop Up Control tab. Click the Select Web-Sites button. Highlight the site that you want to remove from your list of approved sites and click the Remove Domain button. The site will be removed from your approved list. |
