Photo Sharing Open your Internet browser (Internet Explorer, Netscape, etc.) Type www.citizens.coop in the Address field at the top of the page and hit enter
Click on the Internet option at the top of this page or in the left column depicted in red below:
Click E-mail in the left column
Type your complete email address username and password and then click Login
Your view will vary depending on which Theme you have selected for your web mail program. The Surge Ocean Theme is used in this demo. Click on Photos
You can create a new folder to contain what your photos pertain to at this point if you wish by clicking on the New Folder button.
Then type in the name of the folder and then click on the Create button.
To share a file with someone, click on the Share File button located at the top of the page.
Enter the File Name of the photo you wish to share by using the Browse button and selecting the file from your computer.
When you click on the Browse button you will then need to select your desired file wherever it may be stored on your computer. Click on the filename and then the Open button and the file will be automatically entered into the File Name field as shown below:
You can place a comment about the photo in the next field. Be sure to read the important Notes section on this screen. Click the Share button and allow it time to upload your photo.
You can click on the photo or the link of the file name to view it. If you wish to upload more photos, you can select the Share File button and follow the steps shown above.
To share the photos with others, send the website address shown at the top of this page to them via an email
You can highlight this website address and copy and paste it into a new email that you send to your recipient as follows:
Right click on the website address and select Copy Shortcut from the drop down menu (different versions of browsers may vary with their drop down menus)
Now start a new message by clicking on the New Message button.
Type in the person’s email address that you want to share these files with and enter the subject of your email. Then click anywhere in the text box area and type you message. Right click anywhere inside the text box and select Paste from the drop down menu that appears. This will place the link on your email message for you.
Click on the Send button to send this message to the recipient.
When you or the recipient clicks on the link it will open the website as shown below and you can click on the photo thumbnail or the comment section Yellowstone National Park and it will enlarge the photo.
