All other computer repair work is $75 per hour. Work will be billed per hour with a minimum of 1 hour charge and in 30 minute increments. Any parts that must be ordered will have to be pre-paid for by the customer. Special orders of hardware and software may be non-refundable or charged re-stock fee. All returns to the manufacturer will be done by the customer. Citizens is not responsible for warranty of parts ordered.
*A port to port charge may be required for on-site services where applicable. Citizens recommends customer back up data before service.
