How do I change my subscription number?

 

1. Double click the PC Protection icon (shield with a blue F) located in the task bar at the bottom of your screen

 


2. Click on Settings

 

 

 

3. Enter your parental control password if you have the Plus plan

 

 

 

4. Click the down arrow next to other settings and select subscription

 

 

 

5. Click on the Change Key button

 

 

 

6. Enter your new subscription number in the fields provided (you will not need to enter the dashes – they are already provided for you, nor are the boxes case sensitive) then click the Register button

 

 

7. Your subscription will then be validated. A screen will appear to inform you that the change is complete. You may now close out of the program.


Please discard your old subscription number and be sure to keep your new subscription number in a secure location for future reference when needed.
